Reinforcing Daimler's position as the top commercial vehicle producer worldwide, the company imports and is planning to produce a wide portfolio of light, medium and heavy-duty vans, buses, trucks and specialty vehicles in China – all of which are rapidly gaining popularity in the Chinese market.
 Fujian Daimler Automotive
Daimler sells a wide range of light commercial vehicles in China. The Company sells the new Mercedes-Benz Viano Multi-Purpose Vehicle and Viano MARCO POLO recreational vehicle and the new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter passenger van in China - the combination of which cover the light passenger van and MPV segments.
Known for their quality, reliability, spacious interiors, innovative design and functionality, Mercedes-Benz van products have set a new standard in their segments. They offer the optimum combination of prestige, comfort, safety, performance, fuel economy and affordability – ideal for elite organizations and successful businesses, and people who enjoy life. Several years after its launch, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is becoming popular in the refitting market, in addition to its excellent performance in the passenger transportation business.
FJDA
DNEA, together with Fujian Motor Group and China Motor Corp, established Fujian Daimler Automotive Joint Venture in Fuzhou, Fujian province in June 2007. The company will produce Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Vito and Viano MPVs in a new facility in Fuzhou city in 2009
 Daimler Trucks
Daimler imports and is planning to produce medium and heavy duty Mercedes-Benz trucks in China. The Company currently sells the Mercedes-Benz Actros, Axor, Atego and Econic trucks in Chinese market. With first class quality, reliability, economic soundness, long maintenance intervals, innovative design, ergonomic interiors and high safety standards, Mercedes-Benz trucks are the worldwide benchmark for commercial vehicles.
Daimler also sells the Mercedes-Benz Unimog in China -- the ultimate all-terrain vehicle series with unbeatable off road capability. It can be used as a personnel shuttle in the jungle or desert, for petroleum exploration, as forest fire engine or off road ambulance, among many other uses.

Daimler continues to explore opportunities to further realize its heavy and medium duty trucks strategy in China with Beiqi Foton Motor Corporation Ltd.

 Setra
The Setra brand primarily fills the luxury coach segment of the Chinese market. At the end of 2001, Anhui Ankai Automobile Co. Ltd. and EvoBus GmbH (a wholly-owned DC subsidiary) signed a licensing contract in the city of Hefei. According to this contract, 1,500 Setra tourist coaches of the type S315 HD will be delivered to China over the next ten years as completely knocked down (CKD) units.
